Create a sequencer that will serve as the Master. This will contain all animation elements for your scene, including any camera animations (transformation, focal length, post-processing, etc.).
Once you have your main timeline established, create two additional sequencers: one for the left eye and one for the right eye.
In each eye-specific sequencer, add the Stereo Cine Camera Actor and set a keyframe for "Select Active Camera".
Create a Subsequence Track and add the master sequencer as a subsequence. This links the animation data from the master sequencer to the eye-specific sequencer.
Open the Movie Render Queue window and load the LEFT and RIGHT sequencers.
For both sequencers, disable the default Deferred Rendering and enable Deferred Rendering (Stereo Camera).
Assign a separate output folder for each camera's render.
Apply any additional desired configurations, such as console variables, antialiasing, etc.
Optionally, save this configuration as a preset for future renders.
Finally, click the Render button.
Upon completion, you should have two separate folders containing the left and right eye images of your sequence.
